My technician, Brandon was FANTASTIC!! He called ahead to confirm my service and even shared how far out he was and his ETA. Once he arrived he clearly explained my service and what I would need to ensure proper operation! Not to mention, he completed all of the projects in a timely manner AND, HE CLEANED UP BEHIND HIMSELF!! That may not be a big deal to some but it was a huge deal for us!! Over and above what I've already shared, Brandon was simply very pleasant!! No one wants a service call but if all of them were like ours, they wouldn't be bad at all!! Thank you Brandon and Horizon Plumbing for providing such an exceptional service call!! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!

Lane Copeland at Horizon plumbing has done absolutely terrific work for me on two occasions. I recommend him with no reservations. He analyzed and fixed a problem that four other plumbers didn’t have a clue about. I have a new plumber

We had use Horizon plumb 2 times now, both times they have been wonderful, issues fixed in a timely manner. Great service starts a the moment they answer the phone, their receptionist is very professional and kind. Couple of days ago, plumber Nikk Salas arrived to fix my shower that was leaking, Nikk is very professional and knows his business, immediately new what was wrong and fixed my problem, he had all the parts needed to fix my leak in his van, he showed me the defective part he removed and explained what was the issue. I highly recommend Horizon plumbing, and I'm very happy to have them as my plumber. Kudos to Nikk for an excellent service 👏 👍

I needed water filter replaced, supports added and pex tubing properly routed. Lane and his assistant are well-trained, competent professionals. I’m very satisfied with their work. An additional bonus their final cost was $300 less than competitors Without reservation I would recommend Horizon plumbing.

I had Lane C out to look at our clogged master sinks. They were fine that morning and both were clogged at 3:00? He came in, assessed the issue and was out quick! I recommend Horizon and Lane for sure.

For quite some time, we had a problem with low water pressure. Lane to the rescue!!! He not only solved the problem with a new pressure release valve, but he also correctly found a way to install our water turn shut-off valve in our garage (it was poorly installed in the front yard - go figure) with minimal upheaval in terms of dry wall cutting. Then, after several weeks of a high-pitched noise coming from what seemed to be the ceiling area in our primary bathroom, he realized that the float valve on the toilet was making the noise even though we all thought the noise was coming from the ceiling. Lane is an analytical thinker and problem-solver. He listens to the customer, is well-mannered and an asset to Horizon. Thank you, Lane.

Lane went above and beyond what was expected to correct a bad Rinnai tankless water heater install from another plumber. He quickly indentified the problem and helped us quickly get hot water working again. He worked with Rinnai to get our warranty reinstated on a stuck gas valve. He always called ahead to let us know he was coming and always arrived at the appointed time. Lane even called us on his day off to check to see if we had hot water during the weekend. Lane was courteous and professional. He explained the problem well and told me what it would take to correct it. He gave me an estimate for the repair cost and stuck to that amount. I would highly recommend Lane and Horizon Plumbing for Rinnai tankless water heater repair, install, and troubleshooting as well as other plumbing needs.

Lane Copeland was our plumber. He not only did outstanding work, but was very courteous and professional. Clean work with no messes left. He explained everything well and he patiently addressed all of my questions. Highest possible marks for Lane with Horizon Plumbing!
